This is a great marinade. You can even make it, pour it over steak, and freeze!
1/4 c. low sodium soy sauce
2 T lemon juice (fresh is better!)
2 T white wine (or cooking wine)
2 T minced garlic
Coarsely ground pepper to taste
Mix all and pour over steak. Marinade at least 2 hours turning half way through.
To freeze, mix all, pour over steak in a ziploc bag and freeze. To cook, thaw steak overnight/all day in marinade. Grill or broil (roughly 8 minutes a side for medium-rare).
