Caramel Apple Salad

We love this recipe at Easter!

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz carton of Cool Whip (low fat or Cool whip Free work great)
  • 1 box sugar-free Butterscotch pudding mix
  • 14 oz can pineapple tidbits in juice
  • 4 large Fuji apples diced
  • 4 large Granny Smith diced
Directions:

  1. Combine pudding mix and pineapple in a large bowl and mix well.
  2. Add in apples and stir to coat.
  3. Fold in Cool Whip.
  4. Chill and serve!
